With over two decades of experience leading teams in both for-profit enterprises and non-profit organizations, Justin is a dedicated leader passionate about developing others. From 2004 to 2016, he consistently ranked in the top 10% of all McDonald’s General Managers across five different stores, ultimately earning a place in the top 1% of General Managers worldwide in 2016.
Justin’s greatest fulfillment comes from mentoring and empowering individuals to reach their full potential. His leadership philosophy is rooted in fostering growth, cultivating strong team dynamics, and creating a positive, results-driven culture.
A devoted husband and father of two, Justin resides in Northwest Ohio, where he continues to inspire and equip leaders for success. The principles in these courses have played a significant role in shaping his leadership journey, and he is eager to share these insights to help others excel.
Levi Dahlke
Levi is a seasoned leader with extensive experience across diverse sectors, ranging from high-level management at McDonald's to guiding and mentoring teens and young adults to achieve their full potential. Over the course of more than 10 years, Levi has demonstrated unwavering loyalty and commitment in every role he’s undertaken. His passion lies in partnering with teams to help them exceed their expectations, both professionally and personally. Levi thrives on witnessing those pivotal "ah-ha!" moments and breakthrough experiences that fuel his drive for success.
A family man and dedicated leader, Levi lives in northwest Ohio, where he continues to contribute his leadership expertise to both for-profit and non-profit organizations. His leadership philosophy is rooted in service, always prioritizing the well-being and success of his team members. Jerilyn has a background in Addiction Recovery, Worship Ministry, and Biblical Counseling. She earned her Bachelor's Degree in Biblical Studies from Destiny School of Ministry. In addition to teaching, she facilitates small groups for women and provides mentoring, education, and training for women's small group leaders.
